Gateway Domestic Violence Center helps create an environment for safe, healthy, self-sufficient growth and violence prevention.
Gateway operates two thrift stores in Hall County. All of the proceeds from the stores benefit Gateway. Operating thrift stores enables Gateway to maintain an inventory of clothing for clients while generating income. Items that may be found in the stores include clothing for the entire family, furniture, household goods, toys, linens, books and more.
Gateway accepts donations Monday – Saturday from 10 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Tax receipts are provided at the time of the donation. Our thrift store on Park Hill Drive is able to accept clothing, shoes, accessories, housewares, household items, toys, books and furniture. Our resale shop on Mundy Mill Road accepts donations of gently-used clothing, accessories and shoes and high end decorative items that can be displayed in the shop. Unfortunately, we are not able to pick up donations.
