About the Stores
Gateway operates three thrift stores in Gainesville. All of the proceeds from Gateway's thrift stores benefit Gateway Domestic Violence Center. Operating thrift stores enables Gateway to maintain an inventory of clothing for clients while generating income for shelter operations. Our inventory includes clothing for the entire family, furniture, household goods, toys and more.

Donating to the Stores
Gateway accepts donations at all three stores during regular operating hours. Tax receipts are provided at the time the donation is made. From time to time, Gateway is able to pick up large items like furniture. To find out if we can pick up your donation, please call (678) 450-9100 or email gatewaythriftstore@yahoo.com.

Dawsonville Highway
This store is open Monday - Saturday from 10 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. It is located at 1080 Dawsonville Highway in the same building with Play it Again Sports. The phone number is

Park Hill Drive
Gateway's thrift located at 1642 Park Hill Drive (near Poor Richard's Restaurant) is staffed Monday - Saturday, 10 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. The phone number is (770) 536-6789.

Atlanta Highway
Gateway's third store at 213 Atlanta Hwy. (between the Atlanta Hwy. Fish Market and Jesse Jewell Parkway) opened in January of 2012. It is open Monday - Saturday, 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. The phone number is (678) 450-9100.
